Of all the sand dunes I've seen, my favorite, by far, are the white gypsum sand dunes in New Mexico's White Sands National Monument, and not just because I can walk on them barefoot when it's 100 degrees outside.
This is an abstract taken with a long telephoto lens from the top of a dune, purposefully left low contrast as I think it makes the image more interesting.
