The Dakota Wall is an upheaval of sandstone found n outcroppings along the front range of the Sangre de Christo Mountains. This is taken from a hiking trail known as the Dike Trail--misnamed as the dikes in the area radiate from the Spanish Peaks as a result of their formation.
