Just short of the arctic circle, Kopasker is northernmost point of our travels to date. The Icelandic summer is blessed with such a long twilight that the good light lasts for so much longer than even here in Adelaide at a temperate lattitude. We discovered this boat in a cove after a good hour of photographing this still lake with its black sands.
