Vicki Ferrari Photography © Leaving a mark in this life is like leaving an impression in the sand. It can disappear and we can't see it. I believe it is still still there even if we can't see it. And we always will leave a mark in this life, even if it feels as though we are invisible. Some people might approve of us, some people might disapprove, some people may accept us as we are, or not. I think the main thing in this life, for us to be to happy with ourselves, and to accept that sometimes we are not always so happy with our selves and our lives. And to accept that we are constantly changing, like the seasons, and that is the way it is meant to be means that we aren't fighting ourselves. To fight the the constant change, to try and keep our lives the same, causes great anxiety and discomfort, and can lead to unexpressed anger, at ourselves, which in turn causes dis-ease and depression. Imagine... if we accept ourselves as we are, we would not fight ourselves, we would know that we are good because of who we are and not because of what we do. That we are happy in ourselves because we do something we love. Give the little black puppy a pat and a hug, that might be all he needs and his tail will start to wag again! He might need to feel good about himself too! And don't forget to treat yourself like you would your best friend! Spread the joy and peace, give someone that doesn't have a smile one of yours! It will make their day! :) (and I just rabbited on again, didn't I?!! Oh well, you didn't have to read this if you didn't want to! And I just accepted myself... wow!
