This is one of my images I took quite a few months ago, I have been extremely busy lately though, hardly get time to look through my RAW files. As I browsed through my files, I came across this water motion. I remember taking this shot clearly, it was a cold; a winters evening and I stood bare feet in this icy water to capture this image. It felt like a thousand knives crashing against me every time a wave broke against my body. I think it’s been a great shoot and well worth it though. I had to cover my gear each time a big wave approached. On the same note, it makes me realise to what extent I would go to capture a great image. I think we all take risks some way or another to get the perfect image. I found this location quite interesting though, especially looking at the rock formation and the way the water moves over it. Most certainly unique and makes great composition in a image. I am thankful for being able to shoot something like this, to experience it and capture it. I enjoy capturing the world, being part of nature. I love being outside, being able to capture the natural beauty of the world, being able to see the waves against the rock, hearing the ocean, smelling the air and watching the birds fly by. There is nothing better in my opinion. I love being here; I think I am truly blessed for living where I do. I could not be happier
