Sinterklaas is the historical 'father 'of Santa Claus and every year on 5 december we celibrate it. Children who are sweet get presents, but to the ones that are not get a 'warning' that they have to go with Sinterklaas to Spain (his home country). With the cold and rainy days here in Holland, this child doesn't mind.
