Una premsa de vi és un dispositiu emprat per extreure el suc de raïm com a part del procés de producció de vi. Hi ha diversos tipus de premsa. Cada tipus de premsa empra la pressió controlada per alliberar el suc de la fruita (normalment raïm). La pressió no pot ser excessiva, per evitar trencar les llavors i aportar un excés de taní al vi.

Each style of press exerts controlled pressure in order to free the juice from the fruit (most often grapes). The pressure must be controlled, especially with grapes, in order to avoid crushing the seeds and releasing a great deal of undesirable tannins into the wine.
