“Winter touches” was captured in the area of Meteora in Greece. It is a classic plan B case.
This day we were returning from Epirus to our home in Athens. It is a 6 hours drive , so we woke up early in the morning as I wanted to make a stop in Meteora and capture the amazing rocks of this area. We arrived at the area but there was a heavy snowstorm and I realized there was no point that can give me a good look of the rocks cause of the heavy snow fall. In our way down we decided to make a short walk to the forest as we rarely have the opportunity of such snow in Greece and especially in Athens. The trees were very beautiful with very few red leafs still remaining at their branches making the perfect contrast with the white surrounding. So instead of the rocks I captured this winter scene.
