Time it is, and it's also the most important factor for this image's overall atmosphere. This place always proves to be dreamy and surreal. I can't quite describe the evening, it was cold and a bit foggy, heavy clouds and a stormy sea making for the perfect long exposure shot. Didn't think much for the composition but in the end I love how the rocks dominate the foreground. Enjoy!
