Fantastic Creative Live over the weekend, it was very insightful. Your body of work is food for thought and open for re-interpretations by the viewers, that's the aspect I love about it. This shot resonates with me the most, I am glad you decided to pursue it after chewing on it for 4 years. Nice! Ultimately we're influenced by many factors and the concept of originality has so some many aspects to it that it's really hard to pin down. I think originality is very important to pursue, admitting that we didn't grow up in a bubble and we're influenced by the work of others that we admire. To me your work is very original, it's a product of your mind and your execution. It is uniquely you. Now, if I was to guess at influence I'd say Jerry Uelsmann work. Also, I am not yet familiar with Aaron Nace, I experienced your work first, so there is that as well. Anyway, I am a fan and I discovered your work thanks to your createlive session.
