Emanuele, I can answer your question as follows.
Lens reflections occur not only during night photography but also during day time, especially if you shooting against sun (e.g. sunset photos).
It is caused by the lens type (stronger reflections are usually created by tele lenses) and filters. Sometime you can reduce reflections by removing the filter, but you must try all options.
