It was a great day to be in the Partnach gorge, a narrow limestone canyon in the heart of Bavaria, rising up to 240ft. on either side. The heavy rains two days prior to our arrival allowed the side falls to be ROARING. The mid flow average of water is about 1.460 l/s, which already makes for a rough ride down, so holding tightly onto the tripod was key!
