Lovely colours and expression. I really like this composition Andrey. Nice focus on Kates face and eyes. Background is good too. Love the blue vest coming out from the black and red (not certain the colours go together all that well - but i like it, it is striking)

The only thing that i would suggest you change (if you want some constructive advice?) is the railing in front of Kate. Either remove it (best) or straighten it. It is a distraction for an otherwise very very nice shot. Congrats. Happy New year Andrey
