Fiona it is between 7th & 6th between Race & the street above it. Right across from the Metropolitan. Wait until Spring. I don't know if it's open in winter. The park is but I know when the carousel is closed they have wood that goes all around it to protect it from vandalism. Enjoy yourself if you go. Great place. Walk around a bit they also have miniature buildings of historic Philadelphia places.
