Monforte d'Alba is a municipality in the Province of Cuneo in the Italian region Piedmont. I live in Piedmont, and during one of my many round trips of the area, I visited this old and characteristic village: it is located on top of a hill and its roads are so narrow that it is possible to go only by foot. In one of this road there is a restaurant and in its courtyard you can see this wall: it is made of old brick with plaster roughly painted.
