Shot in the wonderful Vila Nova de Milfontes, in Portugal. It was the first time I went to this place, and I decided to stay in this spot, waiting for the sun to come down. The waves were quite strong, the air was filled with salt and moisture, and filters had to be cleaned almost every minute. There was such an amazing light that afternoon.
Obviously, there´s a surreal kind of toning in this photo, with a strong magenta cast, which was a consequence of using a 10 stop ND filter with the sun still so high, as well as color balance and vibrance adjustment in adobe camera raw.
