This picture was taken in Varadero, Cuba. When I was very young, I read the Hemingway's one of the most enduring novel: The old man and the sea. However, at that time I didn't really understand the emotion behind the story. This year I was travelling in cuba and was sitting on the beach, I saw the sea. the next day I was on the boat and was actually surrounded by the sea, I saw the fish. All in a sudden, Hemingway's story becomes so fresh and understandable in my mind. Luckily, one day I was on the beach I took this photo, as a memory of the story, and the trip to cuba as well.
