I've decided to repeat a High Dynamic Range Image that I posted a year ago. But this time, I wanted to add a little artistic flare. This shot of the Lincoln Memorial is one of my favorites. To get this effect, I simply took my original HDR image and worked with a few filters in Adobe Photoshop CS6.
