we were selebrating new year 2013 in moscow after party we went for a walk to watch fireworks and we were passing by this building around 5 o'clock in the morning but i decided to stop and take a photo maybe because i was a little bit tired,
btw i was quite surprise that there were no people at all, because near us were quite big crowd.
unfortunately i didn't have much time to set my camera well ^^
so thus ISO is so high, also exposure
