Winter the months between November and February are the best times perhaps to watch really big waves and surfing also to my luck it was the day of surfing contest i guess it was Billabong Pipeline Masters if my memory correct.
My friends and I went there through hole island, because we lived on the other half at the very end of it. so we took bus early night, around 2 am and after 4 hours we were finally there. so we didn't sleep for couple days. But it was first time when i saw such big waves and so great surfing unfortunately i didn't have lens which can afford me to take photos of surfing. But this trip was really worth it. Thanks to my friends who made me go there =)
