Photography opens me up to the beauty that surrounds me on a day-to-day basis. I have lived in the same apartment for almost 20 years... this tree is obviously at least that old. But have I ever really stopped to admire how grand (it is at least 80 feet tall) and how gorgeous it is - especially at this time of year? No. At least not until this year, the year that I got my first "real" camera and started really opening my eyes to the world around me.
