El Puente de los Franceses es un viaducto ferroviario situado en el distrito de Moncloa-Aravaca de Madrid (España). Fue levantado en la segunda mitad del siglo XIX para permitir el paso del ferrocarril del norte (Madrid-Venta de Baños-Irún), en su cruce con el río Manzanares.
El puente se realizó entre los años 1860 y 1862, dentro de las obras de construcción de la línea férrea del norte, que dieron comienzo en 1856, a iniciativa de la Compañía de los Caminos de Hierro del Norte de España. El viaducto se encuentra en las proximidades de la antigua Estación del Norte (hoy denominada de Príncipe Pío), hacia la cual dirigía los trenes de largo recorrido. Esta terminal, que empezó a edificarse en 1859, sólo da servicio en la actualidad a los trenes de Cercanías. Durante la Guerra Civil española, el puente fue escenario de algunos momentos fundamentales en la defensa de Madrid, significando el bautismo de fuego de las Brigadas Internacionales en la Batalla de la Ciudad Universitaria. Estos episodios históricos dieron lugar a una famosa canción, utilizada por el bando republicano, con el puente como tema principal

The Bridge of the French railway viaduct is located in the district of Moncloa-Aravaca in Madrid (Spain). It was built in the second half of the nineteenth century to allow passage of the northern railway (Madrid-Irun Venta de Baños), at its junction with the River Manzanares.
The bridge was made between 1860 and 1862, within the construction of the northern railway line, which began in 1856, at the initiative of the Society of the Northern Railways Spain. The viaduct is located in the vicinity of the old North Station (now called the Principe Pio), which led to the long distance trains. This terminal, which began to be built in 1859, serves only to currently trains. During the Spanish Civil War, the bridge was the scene of some key moments in the defense of Madrid, meaning the baptism of fire of the International Brigades in the Battle of Ciudad Universitaria.
