I was wandering aimlessly through Brooklyn Heights early one morning, camera in hand, and happened upon this church door. It was a bit worn and dirty but the sun's soft illumination really brought out the rich dark tones and detail of the wood and the deep reds of the surrounding archway tile. I really enjoyed this relatively small piece of architectural detail and hope you do to!
