My new series of the Jewish museum of Berlin, Germany
«Der Blitz» (the flash of lighting) is the name given by the Berliners to this building whom the ground plane seems the shape of lighting. Designed by the American architect of Polish origin Daniel LIBESKIND this museum is officially inaugurated in 2001.
Outside, this building settles down on the site as an object-sculpture. This impressive monolith is not static but dynamic. Every time it offers new perspectives and very variable material effects depending on the daylight.
