I visit CRC on a fairly regular basis to take pictures and be close to these incredibly beautiful birds. Most of the birds at CRC have been injured and have been brought here for rehabilitation or in worse cases to be permanently housed when they are no longer able to survive in the wild.
From time to time, I'll show you a bird that lives here. Know that these birds are loved and cared for extremely well. The staff at CRC are mainly volunteers who donate their time for the love of these birds.
This Osprey is all wet! When I arrived at the enclosure a volunteer was inside cleaning with a water hose. As she tried to clean the enclosur, this bird was dancing around in the stream of water like a kid on a hot day. Crazy bird...
