Technique: 20 second long exposure, ISO 100, f/11
Used a 3 stop soft ND grad for the sky and a 9 stop Hoya ND 400, with custom white balance which created quite a strong magenta-casted sky with blue toning in the water. This is a frequent occurence with this filter, which I often like. I further tweaked color and contrast in Adobe Camera Raw and applied some dodge/burning in Photoshop, with final sharpnening in the resized low resolution file.
