con la chimera in testa di sfuggire ai molti, troppi, barranchi della costa sud, completamente invasi di appartamenti ed hotel, fitti come un branco di sardine, ci siamo diretti verso il parco nazionale ad ovest, incuriositi dal fatto che non c'erano autostrade nella zona, e qui abbiamo trovato qualcosa che assomiglia alla vera Gran Canaria, con tanta natura, piccoli insediamenti, poche serre di ortaggi, bananeti, e queste piccole strade che scorrono nel fondovalle del barranco, fino a sfociare nell'oceano, dove spesso esiste a malapena un ristorantino, a almeno bar, con una o due abitazioni ....
insomma, un minimo di orgoglio di avventurieri ... sia pur senza quadrupede, ma motorizzati dalla valorosa, ed economica, Cicar, con le nuove Astra 1,4 turbo ... ehm. avventurieri .....

with the dream in head to escape the many, too many, barrancos in the nice south coast, completely filled with apartments and hotels, as thick as a pack of sardines, we headed towards the national park to the west, intrigued by the fact that there were no highways in the area, and here we found something that looks like the real Gran Canaria, with lots of nature, small settlements, a few greenhouses of vegetables, banana plantations, and these little roads that run in the valley of the barranco, until it flows into the ocean, where often there little restaurant, a bar at least, with one or two houses ....
In short, a minimum of pride adventurers ... although without quadruped, but driven by the valiant, and economic, Cicar (high recommended!), with the new car Opel Astra 1.4 turbo ... ehm ... adventurers .....
