I assume, this is the most visited cell row, in the US, at the middle of the Alcatraz Federal Penitentiary. It's called Broadway.
I was lucky to be the first entering the corridor the day we visited Alcatraz. It was somewhat scary. Ten minutes later, other tourist were all over the place, and the calm and intensity was gone.
I was not sure how to process this image, and how to transmit, what I felt, when I took the picture. My first thought, was to make some low-key process. I ended up, with the opposite, I think.
