Playing with the stars | 2013 © Geremetta Moreno | A really cold night. The thermometer in my car marked -10 ° when I reached the destination. The altitude was 2,239 m above sea level . I was returning from a photo session with few pictures in the memory card, because of a not optimal condition of light. And what better way to fill the empty space? One Startrail! The sky was dotted with a myriad of celestial bodies, an absolute delight! I fought a long time against the numerous sources of light pollution; incredible at that altitude. But during the winter season the work on the nearby ski slopes never stops, not even at night. I got this photo with 216 exposures of 15 ".... and a thermos of hot tea consumed in the hour of waiting!
