A strong blue haze covers the Blue Ridge Mountains (area). Looking at my photos and map, these may be part of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (which are part of Blue Ridge). This is one of many from my latest flight with my new Canon EOS 7D. I underexposed many images accidentally, thus there's some digital noise.
