A Simple 2 light beauty shot done with a bounce flash (9 foot white ceiling) in front and a background light behind and below the subject.
A white 20x30" piece of foam core (The Wal-Mart reflector) is placed in front of the subject and just out of frame.
Two fans (one on camera right behind and below the subject and one on camera left to the left of the subject - on the floor aimed up) created the movement in the material.
