I don't have any idea about under water photography...
all I can say about this photo is that it's a bit soft maybe because of the water..
but all in all Its a great snap!

You have some really great photos and the only thing I would say to improve is that I think they are lacking a little in impact. Maybe try using the 'curves' function or adding a bit of contrast. Your composition is really excellent - keep taking photos as you have great talent.
