Stockholm is built upon several islands. The oldest part is on a small island called the Old Town. One side of the Old Town has shores to Mälaren, the third largest lake in Sweden, and the other to the Baltic Sea. This is a view of the waterfront to the sea. The three churches that you see are from left to right The German Church, The Great Church and Saint Clara Church.
