1.It is the THIRD time that removed points from my account without cause.
2.I would like to know the reasons of this unjust removal of points with the trouble I gathered throughout the day.
3.I can't understand who has this right 'TO STEAL' points without justify the reason.
4.With this way push someone to say Goodbye to the site.
5.I would like to have a circumstantial and not a standard response.
