I came very close to buying it a little over 15 years ago when it was up for sale for about £51,000. My then wife was not so keen, and so we let it pass.
I was gutted a few years (and a divorce) later when it was back on the market for about three times the price I originally saw it for.
An interesting architectural feature of NER buildings is the arch formed in the chimney stack.
