for the rocks, it was 30 sec, ISO 2500, and F5.6
for the background it was 30 sec, ISO 6000 and F4 to get all the stars
The photo of the rocks was taken at the sunset so, around 5.30 pm (for the soft lights), and the background was taken at around 10-10.30 pm. Hope it will be helpfull for you :)
