The southern coastline of New Jersey has a bunch of barrier islands and they are separated from the mainland by a bay. They are in little groupings of a few towns on each barrier island. Ventnor is on the barrier island which contains Atlantic City, Ventnor, Margate and Long Port. I started out in Ventnor yesterday and worked my way down. It was freezing cold and it had snowed a little the night before. This is one of the shots I took.
