A lioness gingerly approaches the dominant male in her pride to ask permission to join the feast. The funny thing is that she was the one who took down the antelope (which is still alive in this frame). That's lion dynamics for you...Life in Africa is harsh, but this is the daily struggle of these iconic animals.
