Hi Ian, this has the look of a graphical design. I really like the yellow green gradient on the sepals and Stem. The flower has a nice combination of both softness and detail in the center. I like the touch of gradient in the background. the eye is definitely drawn to the light white of the flower against the darker blue of the gradient BG. Nice feeling of depth and I like the diagonal of the flower. The vertical frame feels a bit narrow; I'm guessing 9:16 ratio. As far as the narrow frame, I think that's a personal matter. Will probably grab some people and some not.
