One of my last trips was to Bulgaria, Eastern Europe. This particular image is taken on a trip to the ruins of the ancient citadel of Moniak near the town of Kardzhali. It was 101% adventure as we went after a tremendous amount of snow fallen over the last days and the weather warnings were code orange at the time.
Once the old 4by4 was not able to ''climb' any more we made it with trekking to the top.
