I got 2:45 and headed up to Mt Hood. We decided to do the hike to the top of Tom Dick and Harry Mountain. We hiked through the dark for hours, and finally reached views of the mountain. The sun started coming up, and we hadn't made it to the top, so we set up where we were and started shooting. The sunrise was a fantastic soft glow, and I found this nice overhang that framed the mountain. The sunrise was over fairly quickly, but we hung around in this spot for quite some time, and then headed back down.
