Stylization is always a risky step, not every pattern suits the subject. And there is always the matter of personal taste. I used to like grainy photos at the time of films pictures but mainly for W&B. I think here the result is quite good. The image is fine and with a good light management. I like how the white of the magnolia stand up well against the black background. If my eyes doesn't betray me the background stylization pattern is different from that of the flower and I guess this requires a refined work...
