Our waterhide workshop was cancelled, unfortunately. Instead I chose to search for the Roe Deers in Westerheide, the Netherlands.
I'd never seen one and thought they were a lot bigger.
I walked to the centre of the parc to decide what to do. I figured that they would hide in the forrest since the wind was strong and cold. So I stepped off the path and into the first bit of forrest I saw. I was almost there when suddenly this male Roe Deer looked up! A bit later a couple of females showed them selves.
I made some photos and waited a while because I saw the sky was clearing up and the sun was starting to shine. After a couple of minutes the Roe Deers stepped into the sun and I shot this picture!
More to follow!
