Update 07.04.2013: This bird was found dead about 3 metre from road side.
Buteo buteo (German: Mäusebussard; English: Common Buzzard).
I call him Theo. He is a free bird, who lives his natural wildlife and catches his prey to feed himself.
At this moment he just perched on a small wooden log. In the background are the water ripples.
