Butte Creek Falls is the highlight of three waterfalls in the series. This impressive waterfall is the second falls, and named for after the creek in which flows over it.

The falls are easily viewed from atop a rocky promontory, jutting 150 feet above Butte Creek. The trail actually continues down the ledge, clinging precariously to the edge of the cliffs at points...a trail not recommended alone, or for the unsturdy.

But if you can make it down it is well worth the effort...just remember you must come back up.
