These are one of the many Cranberry Bogs in New Jersey in the Chatsworth area which is in the Pine Barrens. Ocean Spray has a facility near these bogs and they go there and then to wherever they wind up. Being able to see the whole process is amazing. The berries grow in the dirt and then at harvest time they fill the bogs with water and all the berries rise to the top. While the scene looks "red" here there are all colors in the mix. They are collected and then get shot up into trucks through long chutes and carried off. It is spectacular if you can catch them being harvested.
