I is a long exposure with no filters, single RAW image edited in ACR and tilt shift filter in CS6.
I was working on my long waited and planed personal project - time lapse movie covering Christmas in Paris the City of love.... keep going through my images (some 130 GB) and going back on all those special places, streets, bridges.....it was amazing!!!!
