This is nice Steven. The cormorants seem to favour dead trees around here too, which is great because it makes them a lot easier to see, and to photograph. I suspect their droppings are probably what's killing the trees. We have lots of Egrets and Cormorants here in the summer, but I have never seen them roost together like they do in your part of the country. I guess Texas birds are more sociable.
