After 5 days on the road in Wyoming, South Dakota and Nebraska I finally found clear skies on Tuesday morning and was able to capture this panoramic view of the milky way at Toadstools in NW Nebraska. It was bitter cold and by the time the sun rose my gear was completely covered in frost, well worth the effort.

Shot with a Nikon D3s and Rokinon 35mm 1.4, ISO 6400 f/1.4 15", around 20 shots stitched in Autopano.
