Hallett Cove,
South Australia.

An 8 minute exposure taken after one of the best displays of light I have seen slowly faded away into darkness.
The tricky thing about doing exposures this long after sunset is compensating for the loss of light as the exposure goes on. A general rule I use is to take a test shot first and then add on 2 stops on top of that and it has worked pretty well for me so far.
A 3 stop reverse ND grad was used to control the last of the light on the horizon.
